Probable adult Glaucous x Herring or possibly a Glaucous-winged Gull. Seen at a range of 4-500 metres. At rest on sea looked like a typical Glaucous Gull but with dark grey primary tips. When seen briefly in flight grey tips didn't show and looked plain white although in some primary moult. Size just slightly larger than nearby Herring Gull. Eventually flew towards Farland Bank at Inch Lake but I couldn't re-locate it.
