Juvenile Male, resting within the reeds of small pond @11-25am (As Per Aidan G Kelly = Was since discussing this bird with Killian Mullarney. and he reckons it’s a juvenile male with fairly bright wing pattern, as opposed to an eclipse adult male. Pointed shape of flank feathers and overall neat pattern the main feature indicating a juv.) . . Video Link @ . . .
