| Comments : | 01/01/2013. Probable. early morning between the service area and exit 4, M1, South. 27/01/2013. Probable. 16.30, Knocknapogaree, Kinsale. Both observers have experience of Black Kite and Red Kite. Not 100% but worth keeping an eye out for a wintering Black Kite. Also, Harris Hawk. Bracetown / Kilbride, Co. Meath. Has jesses.
