From the Strawberrybeds, cross the River Liffey, left at the roundabout (Ulster Bank RHS), up the hill, past the school to the T junction, turn right, church on LHS, turn left, bird heard and seen on the RHS before the next T junction (Lucan Heights). From Dublin, N4, exit at Texaco / Foxhunter pub, turn right, cross the N4, at T junction, turn left, keep left at next set of full traffic lights, pass church, lay-by (LHS), turn left for Lucan Heights. Bird was in trees on the corner, across from the medical centre |
