| Comments : | 13:00 Junction of Clonskeagh Road and Beaver Road beside the Dodder. Brief view before disappearing behind trees. Hard to tell if Red or Black Kite. Too brief a view against a grey sky made it look very dark. Looked extremely long winged. |
