Comments : Legs and bill look shortish, suggestive of Arctic, but overall shape, with apparently relatively short tail indicative of Common. Darkness of innner primaries, if not artefact, would correspond with diagnostic dark 'wedge' of Common. Most likely a Common Tern, but without more or better images it is difficult to eliminate the possibility of Arctic. (with thanks to Killian Mullarney)
