18:13 Oiléan Béarra / Bere Island. The bird was in a field, just next to the road, it's an over grown field with brambles, montbretia and willow. I didn't see it take flight or hear any call, I just heard a just a beat of wings and when I looked (expecting to see a pheasant) I saw a black/grey bird with a white stripe underneath each wing. I did think there was a hint of red, either on the beak or the eye, but it was too fast for me to be certain.
